Committing any of the following:

  • Attempting to, or successfully, killing the political/diplomatic government leader (Director, Senator, President, Governor) with the specific intent of overthrowing the government.

  • Conspiring to commit, or committing, acts in violation of [2] Violent Crimes Code with the specific intent of overthrowing the government.

Felony (Federal Charge) Sentence: Capital Punishment Fine: $250,000

Before the execution happens, the Marshal Service must submit documentation to the DOJ to approve an execution.
