Concealed Carry of a Firearm Act

This act gives rights to citizens of San Andreas to posses a handgun on their person or in their vehicle through means of resulting in a concealed carry.

All firearms that are carried under concealment must be secured whether on a person or in a vehicle.

Concealed Carry on a Person

No round may be loaded into the chamber. This means that a mag may be fully loaded and inserted into the firearm, however the weapon should not have a round inserted in the chamber.

Concealed Carry in a Vehicle

No round may be loaded into the chamber. This means that a mag may be fully loaded and inserted into the firearm, however the weapon should not have a round inserted in the chamber.

All firearms must be kept locked in a secure area within the vehicle, such as a gun safe / gun lockbox, vehicle trunk or the glove compartment. These must remain locked when storing a firearm, and unable to be accessed by an unauthorized individual without means of force.
