[3] 45 - Use of Jamming Device

Reference CA Vehicle Code Section 28150

No vehicle shall operate with equipment capable or designed to be capable of interfering or preventing the unhindered operation of any Law Enforcement device used measure speed of objects.

No individual shall manufacture, be in possession of, sell or buy, or otherwise distribute equipment capable or designed to be capable of interfering or preventing the unhindered operation of any Law Enforcement device used measure speed of objects.

Infraction

License Points: 2 Fine: $2500

Misdemeanor If in possession of 3 or more jamming devices outlined under this Penal Code.

Sentence: 50 seconds Fine: $3000
