Reckless endangerment is a crime consisting of acts that create a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. The accused person isn't required to intend the resulting or potential harm, but must have acted in a way that showed a disregard for the foreseeable consequences of their actions.

Misdemeanor

Sentence: 100 Seconds VMenu Sentence: 15 Minutes Economy Fine: $1,500

Felony (If involving a deadly weapon) Sentence: 200 Seconds VMenu Sentence: 20 Minutes Economy Fine: $1,500

1) Shooting a gun off in a crowd. 2) Throwing rocks off a bridge on passing cars 3) Racing using public streets
