[8] 13 - Possession of a Weapon during the Commission or Attempted Commission of a Felony

It shall be illegal for any person to be in possession of a weapon during any of the following: the commission of a felony, the attempted commission of a felony, the conspiring or act of planning a felony.

Felony

Weapon shall be confiscated.

Sentence: 600 Seconds

Fine: $5000

May not stack with Felon in Possession of a Firearm
