[7] 7 - Sale of Controlled Substance

It shall be illegal to distribute all types of illicit controlled substances.

It shall be illegal to distribute all types of prescription-controlled substances except within the parameters outlined within the "Possession of a Controlled Substance" law.

Note:

For the charge to take place, the law enforcement officers or personnel must have probable cause, that the controlled substances were packages in bindles or for the sale to be attracting a large amount of people which indicates that it's clearly a sale for controlled substances.
