[7] 15 - Urination or Defecation in Public
It is illegal for any person to urinate or defecate on any public property including: streets, highways, sidewalks, parking lots, or other public areas and structures such as fountains, road verges, alleyways, etc..
It is illegal for any person to urinate or defecate on any private property while in plain view of the public.
For example: No person may urinate on their driveway while in plain view of passing pedestrians and vehicles.
It is illegal for any unauthorized person to urinate or defecate on any private property which is not theirs, even if hidden-from-view, except when using a restroom.
It shall be permitted for persons to urinate or defecate on public lands so long as it:
Is out of public view.
Is not a Beach or Municipal Park.
Is in an area of nature; including woody vegetation, shrubbery, or bushes.
For example: A person may urinate or defecate out of public view in the shrubbed-area to the side of a rural highway. A person may urinate or defecate out of public view in the brush of a hiking trial or forest/camp area.
