Federal Charge

Felony

Sentence - 500 seconds

Fine - $1,000 - $100,000 as assessed by a Judge, else the minimum fine amount stands.

IMPORTANT

Based on the section being charged, a prison sentence may not be possible.

For example, if an individual person is caught knowingly transporting illegal goods, then they may be imprisoned.

If an entity or business is found to violating one of the required operating criteria, the business itself cannot be arrested, and therefore would only be levied a fine. (Realism, typically businesses are fined for breaking rules)
