[11] 3 - Harboring an Illegal Resident

Any person who intentionally and willfully hides the whereabouts of, attempts to prevent the discovery of, or knowingly misleads law enforcement searching for an illegal or unauthorized resident.

Any person who knowingly provides employment, living quarters / housing, transportation, a vehicle, or false identification information to an illegal or unauthorized resident.

Violation of this is a Misdemeanor and punishable by 100 seconds imprisonment. Maximum Sentence: 100 Seconds Fines or Bail: $2,000
