Operating a Bike, Bicycle, Motorcycle, or Moped without a Helmet while on a public roadway.

-Anyone under the age of 21 has to drive with a helmet. -Anyone over the age of 21 may choose whether or not they want to wear a helmet. *

If any accident occurs which results in injury, the other involved party shall not be mandated to cover medical fees if found not a Fault in a collision where the rider did not have a helmet.
