[4] 16 - Disorderly Public Intoxication

No person shall, while on public property, or a public road: Exhibit a lack of physical motor control / fine bodily-motor skills as a result of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs/narcotics AND at least one of the following:
Obstruct a public roadway or public property (e.g. sidewalk) as a result of their inability to control their own bodies effectively.
Perform acts prohibited by [4] 15 - Disturbing the Peace
No person shall, while on government property: Exhibit a lack of physical motor control / fine bodily-motor skills as a result of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs/narcotics.
Misdemeanor Sentence: 100 Seconds VMenu
Sentence: 10 Minutes Economy Fine: $350
Notes: This charge cannot stack with Disorderly Conduct.
A Portable Breathalyzer Test, Field Sobriety Test, or Drug Test should be issued to confirm intoxication. The results and findings of these tests are admissible in court.
Examples: 1) Shouting and screaming causing an argument with a member of the public whilst drunk. 2) Causing disturbance to the peace whilst drunk
