[8] 20 - Prohibitions with respect to Biological Weapons (Fed Charge)

[a] To threaten, attempt or conspire to possess, develop, acquire, transfer or produce any toxin, biological weapon or delivery system of such shall be a criminal offence under this penal code.

[b] An individual shall not knowingly possess, develop, acquire, transfer or produce any toxin, biological weapon or delivery system of such, unless justified by bona fide research.

[a] Felony Sentence: 900 Fines: $300,000

[b] Felony Sentence: 2000 seconds (Life Imprisonment) Fines: $500,000
