[10] 3 - Boating without a License

To captain a mechanically powered boat or sea vessel without a valid license to do so.

• Infraction: Without ever having obtained a license.

• Infraction: Without a valid license in the captain's possession.

• Infraction: With an expired license.

• Misdemeanor: With a suspended/revoked license.

No person under 16 years of age shall be issued a license.

Infraction Sentence: 0 Fine: $200

Suspended License: Misdemeanor Sentence: 200 Seconds VMenu

Sentence: 10 Minutes Economy Fine: $300

This law does not apply on the economy server.
