[6] 18 - Attempted Bank Robbery (Federal Charge)

Any individual/s, who shows clear deliberation and attempt, of willingly trying to steal assets, from any bank within San Andreas, insured by the FDIC. Subject/s may be unsuccessful at stealing goods from the bank, however show their intent to try and steal from the bank.

Example A: Subject tries drilling through a vault, but is unable to drill through the vault. Example B: A subject demands in an aggressive manner, toward bank employees, that cash registers/vault/s shall be opened, so the subject can obtain cash.

Note: This charge would be separate from the Attempted Doctrine, similarly to how [2] 2 - Attempted Murder is its own charge, and not covered by the Attempted Doctrine.
