Authority of Care
The Department of Justice hereby grants the personnel employed as "Medical Employees" including Paramedics, Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmaceutical Technicians employed by a medical clinic, hospital, or emergency medical service agency, and/or medically trained police officers to act as MEDICAL AUTHORITIES WITH AUTHORITY OF CARE wherein they are granted the power to make emergency medical decisions on behalf of patients who reasonably require emergency medical care UNLESS: the patient explicitly refuses treatment AND the medical authority believes the patient is of sound mind during their refusal. The Department of Justice hereby establishes a Department of Health to control medical standards and related law; as well as provide advisory services to medical care providers.
