[4] 25 - Destruction Of Flag

It is illegal for any person to destroy a flag officially representing the United States or a flag officially representing the state of San Andreas. Forms of destruction include, but aren’t limited to biting the flag, tearing the flag, burning the flag, vandalising the flag and painting over a flag.

Example: Subject A sets alight the United States Flag from his porch in his back garden. The flag is half burnt and torn as a consequence.
