[2] 21 - Armed Robbery

The act of an individual/s committing a robbery for goods/services, whilst possessing weapons. The individual/s must use their weapon/s, in a threatening or aggressive manner, in order to receive the goods/services they are seeking.

Felony Sentence: 400 Seconds Fine: $4000

Example: Subject A enters the Grove Street LTD, possessing a machete and orders the stroke clerk to empty the cash register and place said cash from the register into a bag.

Note - If the law enforcement officers do not deem the object/s used in the robbery as a “weapon”, based on the penal code definition, then subject/s, shall be charged with [2] 11 Robbery.
