Engaging in the transportation or harboring of another human by attempting to conceal or hide their entry into the sovereign state and nation of San Andreas.

Engaging in the transportation or harboring of any weapon, firearm, ammunition, explosive, drug, controlled substance, narcotic, tobacco, alcohol, or physical currency of over $10,000 (or foreign equivalent) into the sovereign state and nation of San Andreas except for items on this list which are legal to possess and are declared for inspection before entry.
