[1] 25 - Disarming a Police Officer

It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, or attempt to remove, any firearm, taser, baton, pepper spray, chemical agent, handcuff, radio, or communication device from the possession of a clearly and reasonably identifiable peace officer.
