[1] 31 - Capital Murder

Is the deliberate act of an individual, murdering any law enforcement personnel, active military personnel or Federal Agent. Should any individuals murder a law enforcement personnel, active military personnel or Federal Agent they shall be charged with Capital Murder. Capital murder, ensures the subject will serve life imprisonment, with no opportunity for bail or release.

Note - Cannot be stacked with either [2] 1 - First Degree Murder or [2] 4 - Second Degree Murder. As well as for RP purposes, when a subject serves “life imprisonment”, it means that character can no longer be used within our states. The character will never be released, or granted the opportunity for release. Exception, if the subject appeals the arrest via the DOJ, at which release is discretionary, down to a judge's decision.
