[8] 21 - Prohibitions with respect to Weapons of Mass Destruction (Fed Charge)

[a] An individual shall not knowingly possess, develop, acquire, transfer or produce any Weapons of Mass Destruction including chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons that can cause death or serious bodily injury to many people.

[b] An individual shall not use a Weapon of Mass Destruction to cause substantial damage to public natural resources, including but not limited to wildlife, waterways & beaches, or wildland. This does not include death or serious bodily injury to many people.

[c] An individual shall not use a Weapon of Mass Destruction to cause substantial illness or injury to human beings.

[a] Federal Charge Sentence: 900 Fines: $300,000

[b] Federal Charge Sentence: 1250 seconds Fines: $500,000 & any calculable monetary damages as a result of action

[c] Federal Charge Sentence: Capital Punishment Fines: $1,000,000
