[11] 4 - Deportation and Entry Refusal Authority

This code provides the Department of Homeland Security the authority to turn away persons whom are attempting to pass through a port of entry without ANY of the following:

  • Providing proof of San Andreas Citizenship or Residency

  • Providing proof of a Visa

  • Providing proof of an attempt to, or attempting to, apply for a Visa or Asylum request

Attempting to unsuccessfully gain entry and being refused is not a criminal violation. The person shall be refused entry. If they are unable to leave the port of entry due to a limitation of financial resources / other circumstance, or simply refuse to leave, they may be entered into the deportation process by the United States Border Patrol and Department of Justice.
