[2] 22 - Human Trafficking

The act of illegally transporting individuals around the state, either from county to county (Los Santos to Blaine County Vice Versa) ,from one state to another (San Andreas to Cayo Parico or vice versa) or around one particular county. For Human Trafficking to be a viable charge, any of the following criteria must be met;

The individuals being smuggled are illegal aliens of the US, the individuals being smuggled are being smuggled for the sole purpose to be used in illegal activities (e.g. drug mules) -The individuals being smuggled are to be used in explicit sexual ways or the individuals being smuggled are to be used in forced labour (e.g. working on farms against their will). -Furthermore, the trafficking victims must be being trafficked against their will.
